While Melissa was in the hospital I took Nathan from my parents so they could actually visit Kristen without a 3 year old running around. We went to Pullen Park. Of course the train and the carousel are big hits but he also wanted to ride on the paddle boats. We had to wait like 30 minutes in line and Nathan was awesome...now getting out of the paddle boat was another story :-). Oh, and you wonder why they make you were those lovely yellow life vest???? Well, as we were waiting a grandfather was trying to get out of the boat at the dock and he must have slipped and fell in the water! After I got done laughing, it was a good teaching moment for me and Nathan....always wear that life vest!
