Marbles

 

I got brave and took Nathan and Kristen to Marbles in downtown Raleigh.  First stop is always the bus. 

After the bus you just have to hit the ambulance.

From ambulances to trains, a Nathan favorite.

Kristen has 'girl' toys, but she always love playing wherever Nathan is. 

Next to the pirate ship, is the submarine...

And we break for lunch.  Where?  A bar of course!  Of course it is 11:30 on a Sunday morning so 'the usuals' have not arrived yet :-)

Heading back to Marbles...always willing to help.

Well what would you do when there is a giant penny on the floor?

Nathan loved the money area.  You would shoot balls up into a basket and they roll into a giant pig.  When the pig fills up with balls, (money) it bursts open. 



There is the basket he was shooting the balls into...upper right corner. 

Somehow I ended up being a vet and the diagnosis was that the dog needed more 'pizza' to eat. 

They have a little hockey rink where the kids can play and also 'announce.'

It took exactly 3 city blocks before she crashed.  We all had a great time.
