It was on this day 3 months ago that our little world was turned upside-down. Nathan was born on October 4th. It has been a very interesting, stressful, exhausting, and yet rewarding 3 months. Once he started sleeping through the night, things have gotten a lot easier.
Some of you may not know the story behind Nathan's birth....(we'll leave out the gory stuff). I was actually shooting a high school football game on Friday night when Melissa called me and said that her water broke and she was heading to the hospital. So, I leave the football game and meet her there. Then the waiting began. She was admitted around 8:00pm on a Friday night and Nathan didn't show up via C-section until after 6 pm on Saturday. We were able to get him and Melissa in the recovery room in time for Nathan to watch the end of his first Buckeye football game... a victory against Wisconsin.
