When my brother was in town he mentioned that he wanted to do a 5k race (3.1miles). Well there just happened to be a race in Wake Forest that weekend so we ponied up the money and decided to run in it. Now Wake Forest has a little more hills than the flat-land of Northern Indiana, but I thought he did extremely well. We both ran across the finish line so that was positive!!!
