Titus

So we have had Titus since he was about 10 months old.  He will be 12 in November.  He is a great dog and does wonderful with both kids

About a month ago he was not acting himself, so we took him to the vet.  Long story short is that his has some type of mass and the doctors don't really know what it is. 

About all we can do at this point is keep him on pain pills and make sure his good days vastly outnumber his bad days.  He still likes going on walk so I think when that stops, that might be an indication to us.  The vet couldn't really give us a time frame, "could be 2 weeks, could be 2 months,' kind of thing.  For now we are just spoiling him and trying to find creative ways for him to take his medicine....he has figured us out and now spits out the pills :-)
