Birthday Weekend

We were fortunate to have Melissa's family down from Maryland to help us celebrate Nathan's 6th birthday.  First stop Saturday was Nathan's soccer game.  I particularly love this shot because Mark has a passion for the game of soccer.  Of course what I call 'passion' he would call 'disdain.'

He wins happy face though. 

At the end of his game, Nathan received a medal for sportsmanship.  He did a great job cheering on his team when he was not playing. 

After lunch at Moes, it was back to the house for fun outside.

Transformer pj pants....I am so jealous. 

Birthday cupcakes!!!

After bath time it was 'comb your hair simultaneously' while watching a show.

Because why wouldn't you put oversized novelty hats on a baby? 

Time to break out some birthday presents. 

Somehow, after going all day with no naps, they are still going.
